'ECHOES' at Cicek Gallery highlights the voices of emerging BAME art and artists based in London showcasing a diverse collection of works that explore identity, culture and personal experiences. This exhibition provides a platform for underrepresented voices, with themes of heritage, resilience, and community reflected through various mediums. By engaging with these pieces, viewers are invited to consider the broader cultural and historical contexts that shape identity and belonging. 'ECHOES' fosters dialogue, challenges preconceptions and celebrates the rich diversity that enriches both the art world and society.
Cicek Gallery partners with RESY/DENCY based in Camden where we will display powerful art works by the artists: Annam Butt, Aspen Aren, Berfin Cicek, Mark Chen, Naila Hazell and guest artists.
Admission is free. Some of the art sales proceeds will be donated to Painting Progress charity who empower communities in need, local and nationwide through artistic expression, while supporting emerging artists to showcase their work through various opportunities.
