BLOSSOM honours the remarkable contributions of women in art through a curated exhibition featuring Cicek Gallery artists, whose works delve into identity, empowerment, and resilience. As you wander through the gallery, you’ll encounter everything from deeply personal portraits to vibrant calls for social change. Each piece not only tells a unique story but also showcases the artists' authentic voices and visions. Blossom celebrates the enduring impact and limitless possibilities of women in the arts, honoring their role in shaping today's artistic landscape.
At this show Cicek Gallery collaborates with Hackney Downs Studio where we will display stunning art works by the artists: Abi Joy Samuel, Alla Samarina, Anna Sudbina, Annam Butt, Berfin Cicek, Emma O’Rourke, Fía Yang, Lydia Cecil, Naila Hazell.
Admission is free, and all are welcome to experience this celebration of female artistic brilliance. Some of the art sales proceeds will be donated to Painting Progress charity who empower communities in need, local and nationwide through artistic expression, while supporting emerging artists to showcase their work through various opportunities.
